By using mydomains.cloud ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

mydomains.cloud provides domain registration, DNS management, SSL certificates, and related services. We act as a reseller for domain registrars and are subject to their terms and ICANN policies.

Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, spam, malware distribution, phishing, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Domain Registration

Domain registration is subject to availability and registrar terms. You are responsible for renewing domains before expiration. We send renewal reminders but are not liable for expired domains due to missed renewals.

SMS / Text Message Notifications

Program: mydomains.cloud Domain Alerts. When you turn on text notifications in your account's notification settings and enter your mobile number, you agree to receive automated text messages from mydomains.cloud about your account, such as domain expiration reminders and domain change alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the number of domains you track and the reminder settings you choose, typically one message per domain for each reminder you have set.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also turn off text notifications in your account settings at any time.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payment and Refunds

Fees are due at the time of purchase. Domain registrations are generally non-refundable once processed. Other services may be eligible for refunds per our refund policy. Prices may change with notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mydomains.cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
