By using mydomains.cloud ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

mydomains.cloud provides domain registration, DNS management, SSL certificates, and related services. We act as a reseller for domain registrars and are subject to their terms and ICANN policies.

Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, spam, malware distribution, phishing, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Domain Registration

Domain registration is subject to availability and registrar terms. You are responsible for renewing domains before expiration. We send renewal reminders but are not liable for expired domains due to missed renewals.

Payment and Refunds

Fees are due at the time of purchase. Domain registrations are generally non-refundable once processed. Other services may be eligible for refunds per our refund policy. Prices may change with notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mydomains.cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
